Life doesn’t begin and end at home.
We may spend most of our time
in our workplaces and our homes,
but we also need spaces for learning,
play, meeting people, and relaxing.
All these places can be found
in each of the Hills neighborhoods
we have developed around Tokyo,
providing every neighborhood with
its own vibrant culture and identity.
In Toranomon Hills, you will find
a dynamic cosmopolitan culture
that is conducive to doing business
on an international scale.
The atmosphere will stimulate you
and bring out your creativity
in every facet of your life.

A lifestyle based
around four towers

Toranomon Hills is composed of Mori Tower, Business Tower, Residential Tower, and Station Tower* (to be completed in 2023). Together, the four towers offer everything that a place needs to serve as a global center for business, from offices to homes, hotels, restaurants, shops, and cultural institutions. These elements are designed to draw business leaders from all over the world, creating a neighborhood that is rich in its diversity, where residents can constantly experience encounters that are both inspiring and stimulating.

A vast, interconnected neighborhood
Toranomon Hills is located in a vibrant district that is also home to many of Mori Building’s other development projects—Ark Hills (a 12-minute walk away), Roppongi Hills (a 29-minute walk away), and the currently under-construction Toranomon-Azabudai District. Together, these developments form a sprawling neighborhood that provides a wide range of offerings to enrich your life. For example, you can go out for a night of music at Suntory Hall in Ark Hills or discover the latest in contemporary art at Mori Art Museum in Roppongi Hills. So much awaits you just a short trip from your door.

and cultural offerings
that will enrich your life.

Commercial convenience

Inside each of the four towers of Toranomon Hills are several commercial establishments such as supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, that will make your life here more convenient. Business Tower is home to Toranomon Yokocho (a 2-minute walk away), a vast indoor area that replicates Tokyo’s side-street dining experience with twenty-six stall-like eateries offering a variety of high-quality small plate fare. Easy to hop between shops, this is a popular hangout for professionals working in the area. For more upscale dining, you have the option of visiting one of the restaurants and bars in the Andaz Tokyo (Mori Tower). Shopping, casual dining, and unforgettable culinary experiences all just a short walk from your home: that is the promise of Toranomon Hills.

An exciting cultural venue

Toranomon Hills is a neighborhood rich in public art and cultural sophistication. Nothing symbolizes this more than the multifunction space scheduled to open in Station Tower* in 2023. The venue is being designed to cater to a wide variety of symposiums, exhibitions, shows, and parties that bridge the disparate fields of business, art, and academia.

A crucial transport juncture

Toranomon Hills was developed in tandem with a ring road that passes through the area. The section that extends from Toranomon to Tokyo’s bayside, known as Shintora Avenue, will play a crucial role during the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, as it will provide a direct connection between the main stadium and the Olympic Village. The avenue is lined on both sides with commercial spaces that host a variety of popup shops, markets, and events.

Health & Well-being

Living environment
To achieve well-being
in both mind and body,
it is important to have
places outside the home
where you can feel
just as comfortable
and relaxed.
Nature-rich yet centrally located, Toranomon Hills attracts people from all over the city who come to unwind in the development’s relaxed ambience or to practice yoga at Oval Plaza, a wide, grassy field located just outside Mori Tower. We believe wellness is an important factor in our lives, a philosophy reflected in our decision to build the development near The Jikei University Hospital (a 5-minute walk away) —with whom we operate a Health Consultation Office inside Residential Tower—and Toranomon Hospital (a 5-minute walk away), which has reopened after extensive renovations.

A global center for business such as Toranomon needs a hotel fit for the most prestigious international guests. This is the role played by the Andaz Tokyo (a 3-minute walk away), located on the top floors of Mori Tower. The luxury lifestyle hotel provides elegant, comfortable rooms that immediately allow guests to feel at home. A second hotel*1 will soon be opening in Station Tower*2 to cater to international business needs without sacrificing comfort and design.

Work & Collaborate

Business
Toranomon Hills is as
conducive to business
as it is to home life,
providing an environment
that facilitates workplace
flexibility and creativity.

A thriving business community

Several multinationals have offices in Toranomon Hills, which also boasts ARCH, an incubation center for nurturing innovators in a wide variety of fields, and CIC, Japan’s largest community of startup founders—both located inside Business Tower. Meanwhile, Mori Tower houses Toranomon Hills Forum, a convention center for hosting international forums and symposiums. Together, these facilities provide a stimulating environment in which to conduct business on a global scale.

Facilitating professional growth

Many services and events at Toranomon Hills are designed to foster a work culture focused on individual development and collaboration. For example, every Thursday, Venture Café organizes a Thursday Gathering, a series of workshops and lectures where participants can deepen their knowledge on a variety of subjects while networking with other professionals.
