Personalized Service
Hospitality

Mori Building’s urban development
is driven by a singular philosophy:
a neighborhood is about people.
The same philosophy applies to
the residential services we provide.
Every person living in a residence
has different needs and expectations.
What are they?
What is each individual’s idea of comfort?
By contemplating these questions,
we were able to develop
a set of residential services
never before implemented
in any other Japanese residence.
When you experience these services,
you will discover hospitality
that cannot be found anywhere else.
Hospitality #1

For You

Concierge services
Our concierges provide
personalized support,
informed by their
understanding of your
lifestyle and preferences.
We all have different needs at different times. This is why our concierge services are not based on a manual. Every concierge is trained to learn more about each resident—their styles and preferences—through daily interactions. They know that the key to satisfying service is to maintain a perfect distance — not too close and not too aloof. Every bit of hospitality they provide is based on their own observations and insights into what works best for you.
Examples of concierge services
    • Sending and receiving messages
    • Business support
    • Sending out packages for delivery
    • Providing building and local information
    • Receiving packages and deliveries while you are out
    • Reservations and arrangements (e.g. restaurants, hotels)
    • Arranging laundry service
    • Arranging taxi rides
    • Arranging housekeeping
    • Introducing and arranging various services
(e.g. babysitters, maids, interior plant rental and maintenance services, interior decorators, art concierges, caterers, translators, repair professionals)
    • Arranging purchase of stamps, stickers for affixing to large waste for collection
Service that Truly
Understands Your Needs
Messages from our concierges #01
“A concierge’s job is to develop a relationship with every resident so they can deepen their understanding of each person’s definition of comfort. This is not something we accomplish by following a manual. We stay in the background, maintaining a professional distance but never forgetting that you are an individual with unique needs that require unique solutions.”
Your Joy is Our Joy
Messages from our concierges #02
“As concierges, we find joy in being able to provide peace of mind and helpful assistance to our residents as they go about their lives. We also find joy in deepening our relationship with our residents over time, with each passing year allowing us to get to know you just a little better. We consider ourselves members of the Hills community, working with you to build a truly vibrant neighborhood.”
